Project Overview
The project aims to pioneer the development and characterization of lipid nanoparticle-RNA (LNP-RNA) systems designed for active targeting, delivering innovative RNA cargos to specific cells. Role and Responsibilities
The selected candidate will undertake a dynamic role, encompassing the design, synthesis, and characterization of TARGET-LNP-RNA systems, along with LNP-RNA systems carrying innovative RNA cargos or gene editing tools. The role involves the development of advanced techniques and methods for the structural and functional characterization of these systems, collaborating with an international network, and disseminating and publishing research findings.
Candidate profile
A highly motivated individual with:
- A PhD in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, or related fields.
- Strong experimental experience in the synthesis and characterization of drug delivery systems, nanomedicines, recombinant proteins, and eukaryotic cell culture systems.
- A solid publication record and excellent communication skills in English.
Offer Details
- Contract Duration: 36 months, with the possibility of renewal up to a maximum of 6 years.
- Location: Ispra, Italy.
- Salary Range: €3,943.39 – €5,711.77, as of January 1, 2023.
