The European Technology Platform on Nanomedicine (ETPN) is excited to share an upcoming opportunity with our members: the joint BTS-BPS online conference titled “Toxicology in a New Era of Pharmacology.” This event, organized by the British Toxicology Society (BTS) and the British Pharmacological Society (BPS), will be held entirely online on 16 January 2025, from 09:00 AM to 5:00 PM (GMT).
The conference aims to delve into the evolving landscape of toxicology and safety assessment of complex medicines and advanced therapies, highlighting novel toxicities and safety strategies. The program includes a range of sessions covering topics such as:
- Safety of Cellular and Advanced Therapeutics
- Safety of Novel Small Molecule Therapeutic Modalities
- Safety of Oligonucleotide Therapies
In addition to expert presentations, the conference will feature oral communications, e-posters, and opportunities for interaction during discussion panels. Prizes will also be awarded for outstanding contributions.
We encourage ETPN members to participate by submitting an abstract for either an oral communication or a virtual poster presentation. The call for abstracts will open soon, so be sure to keep an eye on the link below for updates.
