Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts, including client representation when necessary.
- Coordinate resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide scientific leadership in the areas of nanoparticle milling and nanocrystal formation processes.

Desired Profile:
- Deep expertise in Nanomedicine and comprehensive knowledge of nanoparticles in the pharmaceutical field.
- Proficiency in flow chemistry and an understanding of nanoparticle galenics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate complex projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork capabilities, and a flexible, structured approach to problem-solving.
- A Master’s degree, PhD in nanomedicine, or an equivalent qualification.
- Fluency in English is a must.
