V-Nano is a NanoGold member of the ETPN. It is a new company created in 2018 with the objective of becoming the European leader in the subcontracting of sterile nano-technological drugs. Its production site is located in France, in the southern zone of the Toulouse conurbation and is already operational

V-Nano benefits from the support of several institutional and private partners which allow it to ensure the implementation of solutions and the development of its activity within the framework of its core business.

The Toulouse site is a pharmaceutical site for the formulation and manufacture of clinical and commercial drugs in order to supply the European and world markets.

Job description

As part of the start-up of these aseptic manufacturing and nanotechnology formulation activities, V-Nano is looking for its future Quality Control laboratory technician.

Being experienced in the field, he/she will support the establishment of the quality control laboratory at the Toulouse production site under the supervision of the Site Quality Manager.

M / F with a real interest in this domain and a strong capacity for integration of avant-garde technologies of pharmaceutical production and the conduct of microbiological and physico-chemical controls of a sterile production plant. The candidate will be keen to learn about the entire production unit with a view to becoming the laboratory technician on the site.

He/she will write and implement the Quality Control (QC) procedures, he/she will monitor the site GMP controls and will be keen to set up the In Process Controls (IPC) necessary for the conduct of sterile production operations. He/she will monitor and analyze needs, set up inventory management for QC and take charge of all of the QC laboratory activities.

Required profile

• Laboratory technician with experience in physical chemistry and microbiology in a GLP environment at least.
• Experience with particle size analyzers in a sterile GMP environment would be a real advantage (3 years or more).
• + 2 years of higher education or equivalent
• Permanent position
• Salary decided according to the candidate’s profile
• Languages: French / English would be a plus
